About Tawabiry

Company Profile & Overview

Company Overview

Tawabiry (formerly QMaster) was founded in late 2023 by four Egyptian entrepreneurs who experienced firsthand the frustration of Egypt's inefficient queuing systems. Originally conceived for a government-led smart startup competition, the idea evolved from a personal pain point: the lengthy process of getting educational documents stamped at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for university applications abroad.

Mission Statement

To eliminate unnecessary waiting and transform service delivery across Egypt and beyond by providing intelligent, mobile-first queue management solutions that prioritize convenience, efficiency, and user experience.

The Vision

Tawabiry aims to become the 'Bolt of real-world services' - starting with queue management and expanding into a comprehensive platform for time-sensitive services across EMEA and globally. Our modular architecture supports additional services and future service integrations.
